How long does it take for my products to be made and delivered?
Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customization options and your location. We always aim to deliver within 30 to 45 days from the date of your order.

VWood offers free shipping on all our orders
Can I pick up my order directly from Vwood warehouses?
Yes, based on your location, our staff will work with you to recommend the best delivery option for you.
Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Simply email support@vwood.in with the address change.
How will I know how my order is progressing?
Once your payment is received, your purchase is sent directly to our workshop. You can monitor the progress of your purchase via our emails regarding the status of your order.
How do I return my purchase?
VWood is dedicated to providing excellent customer support. If you wish to return an item(s), please send an email to support@vwood.in. All returns are accepted with out additional charges within 7 days of the purchase.
What happens if I don’t like the product once it arrives?
We’re confident you will like your product But just in case, we have a Return for Any Reason policy. If you are unhappy, simply contact us to arrange for your return.
What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?
VWood warrants all goods for a period of one year under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified;
Any indirect or consequential loss.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

What can I customize in the VWood furniture range?
Customization options vary depending on the product you have selected. You will be able to select the size, shape, material and color of the components and we will let you know about feasibility and cost. Then we can produce it for you.
Can I request colors to be used that are not in the VWood offer?
In your Special Order Request email, you can specify a color and VWood will decide if it is possible and send you an email about price and delivery time.
Can I request custom dimensions of my product?
Yes, with products ordered as a Special Order.
How do I assemble my VWood product(s)?
Our delivery staff will assist you with assembling.
